The mission tasked to reinforce Cadia can no longer be accomplish as we are in awe that Cadia no longer appears on our star maps. We await further orders from high command and reassess our forces.     Hello Everyone. I have come out of the warp finally and getting back into things with my guard army. It's been awhile for me as I am catching up to the newest lore since 5/6th edition. It has been a loooooong break. I returned reading the lore early September this year and began gaming again with family and friends. I was tired of having my models just laying around in boxes. It's been fun since getting back into the swing of things. I forgot how fun it is to model and play but life was more important to me than the hobby after 6th edition. Now that life has me back and the lore has been incredible these last few months, I'm back. Please stick around as I will be posting more conversions I made for my guard. Female Sky Marshall

This is not an April Fools. trick. she is real:)I wanted to use an Officer of the Fleet and make the model special from the rest of my models on the board. It would only make sense to have a Harakoni Officer as my Oof to deal with reserves since I start my Harakoni in reserves. While looking up images and icons for the Harakoni I found this pic. What better way to represent someone unique then to have a female Oof. I decided to take the hard task to re-create her in my army and began thinking of ways to convert a female Harakoni officer. I came up with the model above. I used the power sword with robotic arm and the right pointing arm from the I.G. company command sprue, Green stuff, pistol with holster from the space marine captain sprue, a set of Cadian Imperial Guard legs, a Tau fire warrior upper torso, a Kasrkin stormtroopers backpack and a sister of battle head that comes with the vehicle sprue of an Immolator. So far I'm happy with the results. I'll be painting her up soon. Let me know what you guys think. :)

ALTERNATE ROUGH RIDERS

I was looking at some ramshackle miniatures to begin a small rough rider squad. I really like the look of the quad but noticed a conversion using a cadian and the quad which looked out of place IMHO. So continued my search and found another conversion (on dakka and pictured above) and liked this idea even more. So I wanted to share this find before I go off and try it out. I'm also finished building an Immulator and priming and exorcist, another immolator and two rhinos for my Sisters of Battle. I'll be working on those models here shortly so I can have that army painted to a certain degree. :)

APOCALYPSE WWWAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!

I arrived at the LA BATTLE BUNKER and was properly greeted by a Dark Angel :)

Name of Event: The Apocalypse total package event!
Brief Description:
You have never played in an Apocalypse games until you've played in the Apocalypse Total package event! This event is what Apocalypse is all about. Come down to your local battle bunker and join the fun as EVERY battle Bunker tries to set a new Apocalypse World record! So, we encourage all you Warhammer 40,000 fanatics that have a local Battle Bunker to get signed up and take part in something un heard of! How many points you ask? Bah, points are for the weak, bring what you can control!

All I could say is WOW. It was record breaking. I had a good time down at the LA bunker representing Adventurers Guild of Riverside with my Imperial Guard. I had taken Col. Straken with his CCS; a CCS equipped with sniper rifles, a Master of Ordinance; 2x 5 man StormTrooper sqds w/ 2x melta guns, 2x 10 man StormTrooper sqds w/2x plasmaguns, a 10 man StormTrooper sqdsw/g.launcher and flamer; a 4 sqd. Infantry Platoon with 6x mortar, 2x missile launcher,& a Hvy Bolter; 4 vet. sqds a with demolitions: one with 2x flamers and a hvy flamer, one with 3x g.launchers, one with 3x meltaguns and one with 2xg.launchers and a flamer; 3x Scout sentinels; 2x Vendettas; 2 regular Leman Russ tanks with no sponsons and a Leman Russ Punisher w/Pask and hvy bolter sponsons: adding up to 200 models at 4,000 points.
I never thought I had so much. I ended up playing at table 20 versus an Eldar player and a chaos player with alot of Traitor Guard tank support which was staring down at my foot infantry. The eldar player mainly focused on an IG player with his Eldar that was in front of him the whole 4 turns while another AGR player and I swept from his right against his armor. All in all we barely won on our table by 2 points at the end of the night. Overall the Imperium won 183-122 at the bunker.

So here is a battle report of what I did at the game on table 20:

Turn 1: My flamer vet sqd. destroyed an IMPERIAL MACHARIUS VULCAN HEAVY TANK / StormLord with their melta bombs that was sitting in front of my platoon of guard which they assaulted alone.
Turn 2: My flamer vet sqd. went on destroyed a Executioner Leman Russ that was hitting my platoon in a single assault. Leman Russ Punisher destroyed 10 bloodletters of khorne with one round of shooting.
Turn 3: A 2 squad infantry blob was holding up their own against a demon prince but were unable to slaughter the beast because the chaos prince vanished due to the player leaving due to a family emergency that came up.
Turn 4: My flamer vet sqd. went on to destroy a hydra flak tank in a single assault. My g.launcher vet.sqd. destroyed an Eldar Falcon with one melta bomb in a single assault.

Their was ALOT of eye candy at the shop that I wasn't able to take all pictures of and my camera to do justice to their paint scheme. It's was announced that its' going to be an annual event. 40K RADIO was also present and live streaming the event on u-stream. More pics can be found at apocalypse40k blospot

New Girls on the Block

Sorry for the crappy pic but it is quick phone pic of my the Escher trio I found. I'm still deciding on who will be what. The shotgun chick can very well sit in as a Straken stand-in or a vet and the other two as bodyguards. One thing for sure is the juvie will be a bodyguard. The chick with the power sword can be a vet sgt. or a bastonne stand in as long as I replace the pistol for a plasma one. If you guys have any ideas please let me know.
